Mrs Shelly has got to be the most wonderful person my family and I had the honor to meet and work with. We drove all the way from Washington state/Canadian border to house shop for our forever home in Louisiana and during travel/upon arrival/during our stay/leaving, we were met by southern hospitality every which way we turned. She has such a warmth and amazing personality, very thorough and honest. Not to mention the patience with us and having our infant. Mrs Shelly answered all our questions and then some. Made us felt right at home where we're meant to be. Thank you so much Mrs Shelly and Vanguard! Looking forward to coming home soon!
